This is a single-family home shaped starting from the sunflower’s heliotropism principle. The builiding track the sun’s motion across the sky from east to west in order to achieve a balanced energy impact, it will absorb CO2 emissions and generate more energy than it consumes, monitor outdoor and indoor environmental quality and be cost-optimised. In addition, it will reduce the impact on natural resources, water eutrophication, soil and tropospheric ozone acidification, as well as incorporating innovative prefabricated construction systems and technologies.
