FINALIST AND PUBLIC OPINION PRIZE IN THE SALLARÈS DEU COMPETITION

ROA is a finalist by the technical jury and winner by public opinion to rehabilitate the Sallarès Deu industrial complex, currently owned by the Sabadell City Council. The SEED 2020 proposal is proposed from the flexibility, mutability and transportability of architecture in relation to the changing evolution of the habitability of its users, from the circular economy with the recycling of maritime containers, from the criteria of an nZEB building and from the maximum biophilic use of the principles of bioclimatism with hivernacles that breathe, illuminate and bioproduce energy naturally. From ROA we thank the public for giving us its recognition, with more than 80% of votes, as the best architectural proposal. Thank you very much to all!!!
