ROA FINALIST IN THE BARCELONA RESIDENTIAL COMPETITION
ROA finalist in the housing contest organized by INCASOL, with the Jaque Mate proposal, which has been conceived with industrialized metal modules, which involve work execution times of 6 months and a construction cost equal to that of conventional building. The reduction of indirect costs due to reduced execution times is invested in increasing the thermal performance of the envelope and the passive systems of the residential building.

In the space where an old disused textile factory was located, 131 private homes, 32 public housing, 5 commercial premises, a car park, a square and a promenade are built.
