It is a form based on the principle of heliotropism of the sunflower, where the house follows the solar movement to optimize its exposure. In addition, it absorbs CO2 emissions and generates more energy than it consumes, monitoring indoor and outdoor environmental quality with an optimized cost. The impact on natural resources, the eutrophication of water, soil and the acidification of tropospheric ozone will be reduced, as well as the incorporation of prefabricated construction systems and innovative technologies.
