TIC REINDUSTRIALIZATION IN SABADELL (BARCELONA)

ROA Arquitectura is commissioned to re-industrialize the 20th century industrial park in Sabadell (Barcelona), currently abandoned, unused and showing the large gaps in economic activity in today’s cities. ROA conceives the new economic activity of TIC services under the concept of “Box in a box” through the recycling of micro-containers of goods from the port of Barcelona that are placed in abandoned industrial warehouses. In this way, it is possible to recycle the value chain of the 21st century industry, while linking the economic and geographical part of the territory, going “From the port landscape to the urban sieve.” The ROA team appreciates the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit of our client that he shows at all times!!!
