ROA Arquitectura, aware of the importance of offering the best quality service to its clients, has implemented and works with different quality standards and certificates.

ROA has more than 15 years of experience in the architecture and urban planning sector offering conception, development, construction execution and Project Management services. The knowledge and skills acquired during this time allow you to have digitalized processes, materials, suppliers and work techniques to achieve optimal results in terms of resources and quality.

Quality Policy

The company ROA ARQUITECTURA HUB, SL has as its main market THE SUSTAINABLE AND CIRCULAR ARCHITECTURE and works with clients mainly from the public sector (City Councils) and private (real estate developers, private developers and industrial promoters).

The activity that ROA ARQUITECTURA HUB, SL considers in accordance with the quality required according to the International Standard ISO 9001: 2015 is:

Professional services of architecture and urbanism: Conception, development, execution and project management.

The Policy Statement includes as guidelines:

  1. Commitment to comply with applicable requirements, including legal ones.
  2. Based on strategic lines defined in the context analysis carried out, the objectives of the company have been defined and disseminated at all levels of the company’s structure.
  3. Implement the quality indicators, as well as monitor the level of progress of the same, so that it allows to know and ensure the service and the level of quality desired by the client with a clear objective of “Net Positive Impact” of the company.
  4. Ensure that working conditions are optimal by evaluating the risks that may occur in the processes, eliminating them as much as possible and reducing those evaluated.
  5. Develop continuous training programs to achieve the best qualification of workers, thus involving all staff in the achievement of all the objectives established in this document.
  6. Commitment to the continuous improvement of the management system implemented in the company.
  7. Promote and achieve a motivating environment of all members of the company with gender equality.

 

The Management makes this policy accessible and makes it available to its customers, all its employees, suppliers and interested parties.

The Policy is kept up to date through periodic reviews, coinciding with the reviews of the system by Management, to take into account changes in the conditions of the environment and the information received. In this sense, Management provides and will provide all the human, technical and economic means necessary to achieve the objectives and goals that are established programmed and periodically.
