In addition, it has 20 years of experience in the architecture and urban planning sector, offering services of conception, development, execution of works and Project Management.
The knowledge and skills acquired during this time allow it to have digitized processes, materials, suppliers and work techniques, which facilitate the achievement of optimal results in terms of resources and quality.
Quality and Environmental Policy
The company ROA ARQUITECTURA HUB, SL has SUSTAINABLE AND CIRCULAR ARCHITECTURE as its main market and works with clients mainly from the public sector (City Councils) and private sector (real estate developers, private developers and industrial developers).
The activity that ROA ARQUITECTURA HUB, SL considers to comply with the quality required according to the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 is:

The Policy Statement includes the following guidelines:
- Commitment to comply with applicable requirements, including legal requirements.
- Based on strategic lines defined in the context analysis carried out, the company’s objectives have been defined and disseminated at all levels of the company’s structure.
- Implement the quality indicators, as well as monitor their level of progress, so as to know and ensure the service and the level of quality desired by the customer, with a clear objective of “Net Positive Impact” of the company.
- To ensure that working conditions are optimal by assessing the risks that may occur in the processes, eliminating them as far as possible and reducing those assessed.
- To manage the processes that reduce the environmental impact of our activity and to assess, in advance, the environmental impact of new activities or services, as well as to be aware of and responsible with the possible impacts derived from climate change.
- To promote the rational use of natural resources and a clear awareness of favouring our environment, not only through our work, but also involving all our suppliers and customers.
- Commitment to environmental protection, including pollution prevention, and the sustainable use of resources.
- To develop continuous training programmes to achieve the best qualification of workers, thus involving all staff in the achievement of all the objectives established in this document.
- Commitment to the continuous improvement of the management system implemented in the company.
- To foster and achieve a motivating environment for all members of the company, including gender equality and equality through diversity.
- Promote a culture of professional ethics and zero tolerance towards corruption and unethical practices in the company, ensuring integrity in all relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
The Management makes this policy accessible and makes it available to its customers, all its employees, suppliers and interested parties.
The Policy is kept up to date through periodic reviews, coinciding with the reviews of the system by Management, in order to take into account changes in the conditions of the environment and the information received. In this sense, Management provides and will provide all the human, technical and economic resources necessary to achieve the objectives and goals that are established programmatically and periodically.
