About the project

Modular proposal that allows assembly and finishing in 24 weeks

A modular project with recycled material is proposed that allows the assembly of the structures in 2 weeks, plus an additional 22 weeks for the execution of installations and finishes. This proposal represents a 32% reduction in CO₂ emissions. In addition, 560m2 of urban garden and 441 m2 of vertical garden with climbing plants and soil are included.
