Modular proposal
Modular proposal that allows assembly and finishing in 24 weeks
A modular project with recycled material is proposed that allows the assembly of the structures in 2 weeks, plus an additional 22 weeks for the execution of installations and finishes. This proposal represents a 32% reduction in CO₂ emissions. In addition, 560m2 of urban garden and 441 m2 of vertical garden with climbing plants and soil are included.
The usage program allows for the flexible placement of commercial premises on the ground floor and basement. This creates a space that can accommodate from 1 to 8 premises, as needed.
60% of the homes are adapted for people with reduced mobility, facilitating their accessibility from common areas.
Outdoor areas are planned to allow interaction and connection between neighbors at different levels.
On the rooftop, areas of vegetation and a garden are designed to promote social integration.
Environmentally, passive systems combined with photovoltaic panels are included to climatize the building. Rainwater storage tanks are also incorporated, allowing the water to be reused for the maintenance of green areas.
