About the project

This is a residential development based on social benefits for users and passersby, with a pattern based on the new social models of coexistence in the 21st century.

The new building will absorb CO2 emissions and generate more energy than it consumes, monitor outdoor and indoor environmental quality and be cost-optimised. In addition, it will reduce the impact on natural resources, water eutrophication, soil and tropospheric ozone acidification, as well as incorporating innovative prefabricated construction systems and new smart technologies.
