Construction of 34 houses in Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona

A modular project is proposed with recycled material, which represents 40% of the total material used in construction. This aspect positively impacts the budget of the work, reducing the cost by 17% compared to the benchmarks in traditional construction (€750/m2 built). The modules can be transported if necessary, which contributes to flexibility and circularity from the design conception.
