About the project

Office and Laboratory Design from a Sustainability and Biophilia Perspective

The design is conceived using natural and recyclable materials, such as vertical wooden slats that divide spaces and translucent panels that maximize natural light without sacrificing privacy. Natural plants, incorporated as part of the biophilic design, promote well-being and air quality.

For the furniture, priority has been given to modular elements made from durable materials (glass, recycled metal), which are easy to disassemble and reuse.

The offices also include versatile spaces, such as glass-enclosed meeting rooms, allowing for multiple uses and promoting long-term resource efficiency.

In the laboratory, white tones and smooth surfaces dominate, enhancing light reflection and reducing the need for artificial lighting. The continuous flooring is low-maintenance and highly durable, making it ideal for minimizing waste over time.
