About the project

Transformation of an urban block

Residencial Illa Creu Alta is a project that transforms a block in the Illa Creu Alta neighbourhood, located in the north of Sabadell.

On the site of a former disused textile factory, 131 private homes and 32 public homes have been built. In addition, the project is complemented by the construction of 5 commercial premises, a car park, a square and a tree-lined promenade.
