About the project

The work on the offices responds to the new functional, environmental and energy needs of the company Gynea Laboratorios.

This is based on ensuring that the landscape can be seen from all work stations, ordered occupancy of the spaces, rationalising of internal mobility, clarification of the public-private dichotomy, a 30% reduction in energy consumption, improving the building’s indoor environmental quality, recycling 90% of waste material and reusing 90% of the existing materials used in the new interior design.
