(ES) Una casa se reforma integralmente con el objetivo de mejorar la relación de la casa con el exterior, además de convertirla en una casa de consumo casi nulo.
The garage is located close to the house, in order to free up the ground floor, which will be maintained as a noble area.
On the ground floor, priority is given to the day program, which includes the kitchen-dining room and the living room, gaining views of the sea and an opening with direct access to the pool and garden.
Large double-height windows with adjustable slats allow natural lighting in the room while controlling the necessary light intensity.
To the south a stone lattice opens that allows the controlled entry of light.
The old tile roof becomes a green roof that allows a circular passage through it while meeting the objective of maintaining thermal comfort in the home.
The rest area with the four bedrooms is located on the first floor. Two visual axes open up that allow views and cross ventilation of both the sea and the mountains.
