How can we counter convention with a creative, personalised and more economic proposal?

The work done with our client has been focused on turning it into a compact linear block with a design based on the principles of the nature of the surroundings. It follows common sense, the logic of few resources and adaptation to the environment. The result is a building that reduces costs by 13.5% compared with conventional construction, optimises the ratio of usable/constructed areas, provides added value in habitability and accessibility, recovers the open skies as a set of lungs that bring in air, and controls passive systems.
