Flexibility

The flexible architecture allows spaces to be adapted to the changing needs of their users. Unlike rigid and static structures, flexible architecture is molded according to the preferences and lifestyle of those who inhabit it.

Flexible architecture can take different forms.

It allows changes to be made in the design of a property according to the tastes and needs of the occupants. Spaces can be transformed to adapt to new functions or activities. The SEED project is a clear example of flexibility in architecture.

THE SEED PROPOSAL PRESENTS FLEXIBILITY AS A MAIN OBJECTIVE.

Reactivates social exchange through industrial heritage with NZEB qualification and very low environmental impact.

The unprotected volume of the industrial complex is demolished to create a public plaza that connects the access galleries with the new facilities axis of the superisland.

The passively air-conditioned galleries illuminate the reception, administration and initial phases of start-ups with a solar control system.
