ROA ARQUITECTURA PRESENT AT MIPIM 2025

From March 11 to 14, MIPIM 2025 was held at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. This event, recognized as one of the most prestigious in the real estate sector, brought together over 25,000 professionals from various fields, including retail, healthcare, sports, and residential properties.
The exhibition area offered the opportunity to interact with leaders and experts from around the world. From investors to developers and municipal authorities, MIPIM facilitated connections that could lead to future collaborations.
In the auditoriums, the conference sessions were particularly noteworthy. The opening keynote was delivered by Mario Draghi, former President of the European Central Bank and former Prime Minister of Italy, who shared his vision on the future direction of the global economy. In addition, topics such as collaboration between tech giants and the real estate sector, and investment strategies for data centers were addressed, providing a comprehensive overview of current and future trends.

TOWER RESIDENCIAL ILLA CREU ALTA
Residencial Illa Creu Alta is a project that transforms a block of the Illa Creu Alta neighbourhood located north of Sabadell. In the space where an old disused textile factory was located, 131 private homes, 32 public housing, 5 commercial premises, a car park, a square and a promenade are built.
