Work completed on the new 22@ office-laboratory

A space created from two key pillars: sustainability and biophilia.

Sustainable design and natural materials
The project has been conceived with recyclable, low-impact materials, such as vertical wooden slats that define areas without fully enclosing them, and translucent panels that make the most of natural light while preserving privacy.

Biophilia for well-being
The incorporation of natural plants is an essential part of the design, improving air quality and providing a sense of calm and connection with nature.

Modular and reusable furniture
Priority has been given to durable, removable pieces—glass, recycled metal—that allow the space to be reconfigured and extend the lifespan of the furniture.

Versatile spaces
The new areas, such as the glass-enclosed meeting room, support multiple uses and promote long-term resource efficiency.

Efficient laboratory
White tones, smooth surfaces and continuous flooring maximize light reflection and reduce the need for artificial lighting, optimizing energy consumption.

A project that reflects our understanding of the future: responsible, flexible, and centered on people.
