New publication on Amazing Architecture!
We’re thrilled to share the article “Elevated Nature: The Fifth Facade as Landscape”, featuring our latest project published by Amazing Architecture.
Located between Palau-solità i Plegamans and the rural landscape north of Barcelona, this residence reinterprets the Mediterranean lifestyle in a contemporary way — blending functionality, sustainability, and a deep connection with the surroundings.
The project stands out for its green rooftop — the “fifth facade” — conceived as an elevated landscape.
A living space that retains rainwater, enhances thermal insulation, and fosters biodiversity through a design focused on re-naturalization.
Sustainable materials, solar orientation, cross ventilation, and passive energy strategies come together to achieve energy efficiency and comfort.
