The office is designed under the concept of a “productivity loop” that encourages a balance between collaboration and privacy, ensuring that employees make a fluid transition between different work modes. ROA Arquitectura expands natural light and views towards the sea and the mountains, which provide a visual connection with the environment. It has living walls and plants that integrate nature into the workspace, and natural materials such as wood. A key aspect is the reuse of glass partitions from the old offices. This strategy reduces energy consumption by 67%, CO2 emissions by 70% and costs by 28% compared to a conventional construction project.
