How can we design a house that becomes a new path on the urban way?

The proposal ensures a continuous new path on the entire plot, so it’s possible to walk around the groundfloor, facade and rooftop in a unique and continuos new path. This minimizes the footprint, ensures an almost 100% of green landscape of the plot and enhances the visual quality to gardens from anywhere in the house.
The housing design takes as its starting point the accessibility of the entire property, ensuring that it is comfortable, quick and easy. The customers were tired of living in small spaces with difficult habitability and accessibility and committed to a funtional program solved in one or maximum two levels, with three bedrooms, one parking and a swimming pool.
