Which element combines tradition, bioclimatism and social cohesion?

THE COURTYARD. Centring the user’s quality of life on the garden courtyard results in condensing activities, structuring indoor ventilation and lighting, controlling the housing bioclimatically and uniting all its inhabitants. Tradition, bioclimatism and technology come together to structure this complex of 48 homes from the courtyard and minimise the impacts on climate change, waste, energy, natural resources, the land’s loss of fertility, loss of aquatic life, photo-oxidant compounds, changes to biodiversity, the users’ indoor environmental quality and financial risk.
