This new volumetric ordering responds to a clear desire to recognise the logic of the residential fabric of Sabadell city centre, in order to at the same time create discontinuity in the built-up mass and continuity in the public open space.
The building is equipped with passive systems that ensure high energy savings, while also ensuring a smaller ecological footprint, as well as a great reduction in the environmental, economic and social impact.
