What happens when we show the surface optimisation of the flats in a multifamily housing block?

Two large holes appear on the facade. They symbolise the unusable space resulting from 60 homes that have been optimised well in terms of area and habitability. In this case, the large holes in the façade are used for access, as spaces for interaction, vertical communication, lighting and ventilation.
