HUB TIC BEST INTERIOR EPHEMERAL ARCHITECTURE WORK 2016

El Colegio de Arquitectos de Cataluña, on July 14, 2016, announced the ICT HUB Sabadell (Barcelona) as winner of the Catalan Architecture Samples Award in the Ephemeral and Interior Architecture category. The jury has awarded the selected projects for their extraordinary contribution to social, economic and environmental innovation in the design and construction of the building process. HUB TIC has won in the region of Catalonia (Vallès), among all the works presented and executed in the last 5 years 2011-2016, being recognized by the Jury of the College of Architects for being able to achieve a positive balance (+) of CO2 emissions, based on a real experience of industrialization of the building process through the recycling of maritime containers, for the high energy efficiency systems installed for the first time in Spain and for being able to create a new and contemporary workspace .
